Ardtorna is a modern eco friendly property with spectacular loch views from all rooms of the building.Due to the style of Ardtorna, we regret that it is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years and pets are not accepted. The property has polished marble floor tiles throughout with under- floor heating fed from our eco- friendly ground source heat pump. Interior lighting throughout is a real feature , along with the modern and contemporary interior and exterior design.The dining room has glass from wall to wall overlooking Loch Creran , and all guests can admire the view from the large oak table. The award winning gourmet breakfasts offering a choice of 12 main courses ranging from The Speciality dish to the 'Waffle Delight ' with Damson and Oat ice cream served with waffles and toffee sauce. It is all presented on the fabulous Villeroy and Boch crockery , and all produce is either home made, organic or sourced locally.The large spacious bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with ceiling to floor windows with views over the water. Each deluxe room is en suite. either with a walk in colour changing wet room or a spa bath with high powered shower. It is recommended to call Ardtorna directly before making your booking if you have a preference to the en suite set up. Each super king bed has a memory foam pocket sprung hand stitched mattress and is dressed with a luxurious mattress topper. Additional luxuries in the rooms include full sized Molton Brown toiletries, fluffy bath robes, gigantic bath towels, hair dryer, first aid kit, i pod docking station, Tea and coffee facilities with biscuits. Dyson hot cold fan and hand designed chocolates and fresh flowers.During a stay at Ardtorna warm scones straight from the oven with clotted cream and home made jam are served between 4 and 6pm on the day of arrival.Complimentary Malt whisky and Home Made Whisky Cream Liqueur is available for all guests during their stay.The owner is a former Longbow Archery Champion, and he offers private archery lessons to guests. Directions

Artorna is situated between the village of Benderloch and Barcaldine. It is opposite the twisted wheel cafe and the Argyll pottery. Approaching from Oban , you drive over the Connel bridge and travel for approximately 10 minutes and we are situated on the hill to the right opposite the cafe. Approaching from Fort William we are a mile after the Sealife Sanctuary and up on the hill to the left just after the Twisted Wheel cafe and the Argyll Pottery.
